Payment Policy

Accepted Payments:

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club)
  • Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Meta Pay
  • Venmo
  • Shop Pay

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or any other form of payment at this time.

Payment Processing

We will pre-authorize your credit card or other form of payment at the time of purchase. We then immediately confirm with our suppliers that your items are in stock and ready to ship.

If your product(s) are available for shipment (within 5 business days) we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.

If your item is not available, or if shipping will take longer than expected, we will reach out via phone or email to see if you still want to purchase the item. If not, we will void the payment or help you choose another product if you wish.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. In the rare case that you do not receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number within 6 business days, please email us at or call us at (435) 215-9470.

In order for us to process your payment and ship your product(s) as quickly as possible, please ensure that your payment details are true, complete, and accurate.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

You can cancel your order at any time BEFORE the item(s) have been shipped.

Cancellation before before we have processed your payment is completely free, and you will refunded the full purchase amount.

For cancellation after we have processed your payment, but before item(s) have been shipped, you will be refunded the full purchase amount minus a 4% cancellation fee to your original payment method. This is because we incur costs from our payment processing company which are not refunded to us.

The refund will be applied to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement.

If you need to cancel your order after your item(s) have shipped you may be subject to shipping fees and a restocking fee. Fees are based on the specific supplier of your product. To learn more please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

If you need to cancel your order after the item(s) have shipped, or if you need to make a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy, you may do so. Your refund will be processed once our warehouse receives, inspects and restocks the item(s.)

You will be credited the original purchase price less any fees. The credit will be applied to your original form of payment. It may take up to 5-7 days for the credit to reflect on your statement. For information regarding return fees, please read our Refund and Return Policy.

  • I understand that estimated delivery dates on product webpages are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside of the control of Vitality Solutions.
  • I understand that, in rare cases, an item listed as being "In Stock & Ready to Ship" may not be available due to shortages, lags in inventory updates or factors outside of the control of Vitality Solutions.
  • I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback due to my order being delayed--or because the estimated delivery time turned out to be incorrect-- due to factors outside of the control of Vitality Solutions.
