Specifications

You will need 2 power outlets to run this sauna: one 20 Amp outlet for the traditional Harvia heater, and another outlet for the infrared panels* (15 Amps required / 20 Amps recommended)

*The infrared panels require at least a 15 amp circuit. However, for optimal performance Finnmark recommends running them on a 20 amp circuit. While this may cost more up front for installation of the outlet, it will save you money in the long run on your electric bills, and will heat the infrared panels up faster and hotter.

Warranty

In the USA, the “lifetime” of an infrared sauna is considered 7 years. Many sauna brands offering a “lifetime warranty” know this and use it against you after 7 years of ownership. Your Finnmark Design’s sauna comes with a 10-year warranty, giving you peace of mind that after 7 years you are still covered.

Spectrum Plus™  infrared heaters (UL Listed) have an estimated operational life of 40,000 hours and the Carbon 360° heaters have an estimated operational life of 30,000 hours. Using your sauna 5 times per week, your Spectrum heaters can last up to 130 years. 

The Spectrum Plus™ Incoloy heaters have an unconditional lifetime warranty. No other sauna brand is that confident in their heating elements. 

The Finnmark Limited Lifetime Warranty

Finnmark Designs warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) the following regarding your new sauna, when (a) is installed in accordance with installation instructions provided, (b) is properly and reasonably maintained, and (c) has not been subjected to damage, misuse, or abuse, and (d) is for residential use only (for residential warranty to apply.)

The guarantee period for Harvia heaters and control equipment used in saunas by families is two (2)years.

The guarantee period for heaters and control equipment used in saunas by building residents is one (1) year.

The guarantee does not cover any faults resulting from failure to comply with installation, use or maintenance instructions.

The guarantee does not cover any faults resulting from the use of stones not recommended by the heater manufacturer.

Note: Refer to the user instructions for the size and amount of stones to be used for each sauna heater. Sauna heater stones are significant in terms of the unit’s safety. In order for the warranty to remain valid, the user is responsible for proper maintenance of the stone space in accordance with the specifications and instructions.

Warranties do not cover damage from delivery. If a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery and notify us via phone or email. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and this was not reported within 30 days of arrival, this is not an eligible warranty claim.
