Harvia PRO 20 Wood Sauna Stoves are renowned for their high quality and long-lasting heat. They heat up the sauna quickly, ensuring a conveniently excellent sauna experience. Cleaning the heater is easy, with separate maintenance doors in the combustion ducts and a large ash box for emptying.

The Harvia Pro 20 is designed for medium-sized saunas from 283-706 cu. ft. An expansive stone compartment provides a pleasantly rich steam, while the fire glowing behind the cast-iron framed glass door creates a cozy ambience.

Warranty

All Harvia products we carry (except stones) come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to quality of workmanship and/or defective parts.

The guarantee period for heaters and control equipment used in saunas by families is two (2)years.

The guarantee period for heaters and control equipment used in saunas by building residents is one (1) year.

The guarantee does not cover any faults resulting from failure to comply with installation, use or maintenance instructions.

The guarantee does not cover any faults resulting from the use of stones not recommended by the heater manufacturer.

Note: Refer to the user instructions for the size and amount of stones to be used for each sauna heater. Sauna heater stones are significant in terms of the unit’s safety. In order for the warranty to remain valid, the user is responsible for proper maintenance of the stone space in accordance with the specifications and instructions.

Warranties do not cover damage from delivery. If a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery and notify us via phone or email. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and this was not reported within 30 days of arrival, this is not an eligible warranty claim.
